Our training courses provide a realistic introduction to wildlife care and rehabilitation. Whether you are looking to become a wildlife carer or simply want to learn more about what wildlife caring involves, our sessions will equip you with essential knowledge and hands-on skills.

We offer introductory training and species-specific training for existing carers, as well as advanced and refresher training for those who wish to further develop their expertise. Topics include species identification, handling, feeding techniques, medical care, accommodation and enclosure setup.

NB - most of these courses are offered several times a year.

Important Information

  • Our courses are not suitable for children under 12 years of age, as some images of injured animals may be distressing.
  • All children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Registration is essential.
